If gravity worked on quantum level, it would mean that it would have a microscopic or quantum nature, in the essence meaning that it is quantized.

As per Einstein’s seemingly correct insight, “Gravity is the curvature of space-time”, gravity is not a quantum mechanical interaction or effect, but an effect of the space-time itself. Masses of substantial magnitude start warping space and time around themselves, hence we see objects and other masses pulled towards them. If you look at it, it means that gravity is altogether not a force at all, it is just an effective force.

There have been a number of wonderful attempts to present a cogent theory of quantum gravity, but so far, we have not seen any evidence for those.
