Is having only ` omelette’ as breakfast sufficient for your body? If not, what would you

If you're on a diet to cut out starchy carbs, an omelette is good protein and fat. If your still are going to eat bread, the morning meal is the time to have toast or some other starch. This is because you now have all day to use those carb calories during normal activities. Then concentrate on staying away from carbs the rest of the day. But eggs and omelettes are good sources of protein in the morning.
