Hey buddy are u asking for central or state so by my opinion central jobs ke liye important he aur states wise bhi important hai because in india every states have thier own language so hindi is our official language so that every citizen of country and also from out of country can communicate in hindi but by international view hindi is not so imp in international view english is very important language ......
