Yes,Hortus Upplandicus is the first publication of Carlous linnaeus.
Carolus Linnaeus ( Father of Taxonomy), published Hortus Upplandicus paper in 1730, enumerating plants of Uppsala Botanical Garden, based on the classification system given by Tournefort. Then, he published the revised edition of this paper based on his own sexual system of classifying plants.
