Is html and css enough for blogging or do i need to learn JavaScript too?

I just want to create some good opt-ins and blogs, Thanks. Yeah you can build some nice web sites with html and css. Yes, you can make a great site using those. But adding other bits and pieces will not be beyond you if you master HTML and CSS.
