Blood (Haemoglobin) is a globular protein and has a rather long empirical formula!!!

C738H1166N812O203S2Fe

it actually doesn't have an exact formula, but basically it is made of amino acids with an Fe(iron) core.
Human blood maybe both acidic or basic.
The pH of blood actually differs depending on how much carbon dioxide is in it. This is because carbon dioxide reacts with water to form carbonic acid. Arterial blood typically has a pH of 7.41, while venous blood has a pH of 7.36.

Any pH greater than 7 is technically basic, but a pH around 7.4 is a very weak base. Because that's considered the "standard" pH for blood, even when a person suffers from the medical condition known as acidosis, the blood is still usually alkaline.
