The human body is made of cells.And cells are made of both metals and non-metals. But there is a majority of non-metals such as carbon,hydrogen,oxygen,nitrogen,sulphur,phosphorus,boron,chlorine, fluorine, iodine, etc.

well dear,, ... human body is organic. So. we can say that it is made up of carbon.
Our 70% body is made up of water,you know, H2O , where both are non metals.
But some metals are necessary for our nutrition,,,,like iron, etc.
