No,hydrogen cannot be the example of potential resource because

Potential Resorce-It is a resource which are found in a region,but not have been utilised..
e.g-Rajasthan and Gujarat have enormous potential for the development of wind and solar energy,but so far it gas not been utilised..

But hydrogen can be said that it is a renewable resorce because it is made by 95% of steam...
