When we have a mixture of a liquid and solid that is soluble in the liquid we use the method of evaporation. In evaporation the solution is heated. On heating the liquid component convert into vapour whereas the dissolved solid remain in the container. We can recover the liquid component again in the same form of the process of condensation. Thus, other component of the solution get separated from the other.
