Is IAS the highest central govt. post in India? Why everyone is forcing me to crack it at the earliest? Is the real aim of Life? ​

Yes it is the highest central government post in India.But my suggestion is that the real aim of life is the thing in which you are passionate.

IAS is quite an important exam. It's like the IIT JEE exam and it's very crucial and can build your career. Maybe that's why you're parents and peers are trying to persuade you to crack the exam.

However there are plenty of other opportunities apart from these and you can easily get your desired course without it.
