Answer:

\large\bold\red{YES,} Infinity is relative.

  • Infinity, also denoted by the sign ( ∞ ), is a relative term.

Let me make u understand it by a simple example from everyday life.

  • Condiser Mukesh Ambani as element A and a Beggar as element B.

  • Now, consider that Mukesh Ambani and the Beggar both got ₹ 10 Lacs .

  • For the beggar, it's a huge amount which can be considered as infinitely a huge amount or Simply it's an infinity for him.

  • But, for Mukesh Ambani, that money is like zero, tending to zero as he is earning that amount of money in seconds.

  • So, here the same amount is zero for element A and infinite for element B.

  • Thus, it's totally a relative quantity or term.

Another Example is something like,

  • Consider an ant and a man.

  • Let, both have to travel a distance of 2 Km.

  • If u consider the distance travelled by the ant, it's like Infinity for it.

  • On the other hand, for the man, it's not a big deal.

  • So, again it's proved that Infinity is a relative term.
