Is insomnia a disease in reality???If so..what are it's disadvantages....and is it kinda a lifetime disease or do u only get it sometime??

actually insomia is not a disease but its a neurological condition in which a person ..jst cant sleep as he or she thinks a lot or have a ..mind wid a lot of pressure or a lot of expectations which tht person is not able to cope wid and thus ..dnt feels sleepy
