What i think is that intelligent person are usually better than those who are merely educated.
Some of major factors are :
°The mentality that a person owns. For example , if an educated person have a critical mentality of religious as well as cast discrimination , he can give you many logical reasons ,why he's doing this. Now if you consider intelligence as a way of thinking / free thoughts then you can clearly understand that this person won't do any such discriminations .
So here you can see that having intelligence is better than just having education .
However, exceptions exist everywhere
