The role of atmospheric pressure in filling of a syringe is very important. When the piston of the syringe is pushed, the sit gushes in and while we dip the same into the liquid, the pressure increases thereby filling the same. The pressure inside decreases and due to that the liquid medicine rushes into the syringe.
