Is ionisation energy of Na+is more than Na?

No. The na+ atom has lost 1 electron from its valence shell. Hence, it's reactivity and ionization potential will be less than Na.

Jimmy19: Why less?.....Na+can't lose electron cause it has achieved noble gas configuration and so will have higher ionisation enthalpy
