No both are different ..the difference between them is mentioned below -

Ionisation enthalpy ,indicates the stability of electronic configuration. ... i.e. first ionisation enthalpy of nitrogen is greater than oxygen.whereas Ionisation potential is the amount of energy required ,expressed in electron volt per atom ,to remove most loosely bound electron from valence shell of isolated gaseous atom.
