mbbs in italy is good....you can go for it. the mbbs colleges and universities in italy are considered one among the best in the world and as far as i know they are prettty much cost friendly
but mbbs admission in Italy is through entrance exam - IMAT and it is not a popular destination for MBBS among Indian students.
usually indian students who opt for mbbs prefer countries like Ukraine, China, Philippines etc. where admission is direct, there is no entrance test.
if you're a mbbs student, you might be knowing about MCI
MBBS from these countries is recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).
