Is it a good practice to to remove grass and small plants trhat are growing in an open,unused field? Give reason to support your answer

No, as these unused small plants helps to bind the soil particles to each other, so helps to prevent soil erosion during floods, water logging,etc. It too helps the soil to work more with it’s fertility and to extend the fertile period and allow to have high yield.
