well..If you exclude someone out of a group..he/she may felt cheated or sad
But..It isn't always for good right...You gotta take some tough decesions sometimes

Well, there can be many reasons for the same. But the two common reasons that I can figure out is
1. The person was toxic to the group and was bringing in differences amongst the group.
2. The person, himself/herself, wanted to get secluded and didn’t feel like continuing a relationship.
In either of the case, dragging a person into a relationship is not the right move.
It is better to exclude them.
