Is it better to rear children in a joint family or in a nuclear family? What do you think has greater position impact on the children future?

It is much better to have a nuclear family as population is increasing day by day.

But, if we want to have a greater position impact on the children future then, joint family would be much better as in joint family children used to know their grandparents and other relatives more nicely and they can have a positive environment around them. They would got to know about leadership qualities, management system and team work more efficiently in joint family than in nuclear family.
