is it compolsary of writing common factors of behind the no when finding common factors like we have to write common factors of 1 common factors of 2 or we can just write 1- 2​

No, you just need to write the common factors. For example -

Factors of 8 - 1, 2, 4, 8

Factors of 12 - 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12

Common factors - 1, 2, 4

Highest Common Factor (H.C.F.) - 4
