No

Right way of solving this is

2x² - 25 = 0

=>

(√2x)² - ( 5 )² = 0

=>

( √2x - 5 ) × ( √2x + 5 ) = 0

=>

( √2x - 5 ) = 0 OR ( √2x + 5 ) = 0

=>

x = 5/√2 OR x = -5/√2

=>

x = 5√2/2 OR x = -5√2/2

Answer:

No dear...

There are some things in which you lacked behind...

Step-by-step explanation:

Becoz

if you are using the formulae a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)

Then in second line, you have to have write (√2x)^2-(5)^2

You have written 2x^2-(5)^2

And then in third line it will be

(√2x+5)(√2x-5)

And so on...

Hope It Helps
