Is it correct to say that a body in circular motion is in equilibrium?

let's take us an example .
When electrons in a nucleus undergo acceleration,than they radiate energy and because they fall into the nuclei which makes the atom highly unstable.
So there is not much of balance between the forces.So I guess it not correct to say that.
