Is it correct to say that an object is at absolute rest or in absolute motion? Explain with example.

it is absolutely wrong to say that an object is at absolute rest or at absolute motion..... because rest and motion both are relative terms

for ex. like a bus maybe at motion for u if u r in ground when it is in motion.But at the same time for a person sitting in the bus it is at rest
