Is it correct to say that an object is in absolute motion or at absolute rest? If no, then explain it through an example.

Absolute means complete and nothing is absolute in the universe

For example you are sitting in a bus, for you, you are at rest, but for someone out of the bus looking at you, you are in motion, so it depends on the reference point(viewer)

right now you are sitting on the couch so are you in motion or rest? Cause you are sitting but earth is always moving?
