Answer:

Environment Degradation is a worldwide issue. For example ,the melting of ice in an Arctic and Antarctic regions is due to the increased emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere .This lead to floods in low lying areas like Bangladesh and Maldives. Thus environmental degradation has become an international issue and must be talked Together by all countries otherwise future generation will suffer .Thus it is correct to say that environmental degradation does not respect national or state boundaries .This issue is not Nation or region specific .The need of sustainable development in the world is overriding.

Hope it helps

yes it is correct to say that environment degradation does not respect national or state boundaries because this is an issue of whole world not for a single country..

and this is the problem of the the whole world not only of single country. as we live in a same planet Earth so it can be said that we together have to save Earth from environmental degradation before it's too late......

example:-

As seen in the case of Antarctic ozone hole every country's president all prime ministers were invited to conference so that we can talk about to freeze CFCs.... This proves that it's a world wide problem.....

hope this helps you, have a nice day....
