please give suggestions how to manage in Telugu

The students who were first in telugu medium and now shifted to English medium they should listen the words carefully and practise the words daily at home and they should start the primary word of telugu. Firstly they should know the words of English for telugu. Just focus and definitely you will be able to speak and write telugu
