Is it disrepectful to have shiva Buddha and the lion of judah in a tattoo representing personal enlightenment?

HIYA! As a Buddhist, I am not offended by the thought. You do what you consider is appropriate in your life. If someone else feels it's inappropriate, maybe they'll get offended. That's their problem. If you feel bad that you've offended them, that's your problem. Having said this, few Buddhists would condone doing anything at all that might inflame anger and resentment in others. Consider your actions. Don't think too much. Look at your feelings. Consider the possible outcomes. You might consider other things too, like, will you want this tattoo in 10 or 20 years' time? Health and hygiene considerations regarding tattoos. I don't know anything about the Lion of Judah. Who or what was that? Whatever, if a tatoo is genuinely important to you, doesn't it warrant consideration?
