All this is just a superstition. The people who believe in such things take it in a possible way, but the ones who aren't superstitious, they don't believe all such stuffs. It's not about a good luck or a bad luck, but it's just about belief. If you believe it, you may think it'll come true, but if you don't believe it, you won't care about it and continue with your works.
