It is good to have political seats reserved as it helps the backward communities like o bc and Scheduled castes and tribes to come forward and represent there community and highlight their problems and their needs .one such body that reserved seats for SC ST are the panchayat it also Reserves one third of the seats for women this has resulted in bigger participation and better highlight of the backward classes problems
