you will see many options such as:

weapons

and a bunch of creepy stuff including forced stuff happening at videos, which ain't illegal to watch unless you make contacts with those people.
furthermore,
tor browser is used by many people daily and you know it just hides your location.
it allows you to open hidden wiki and stuff.
so, you may use it to get important or what i call secretive information.
