The term 'food' already includes vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fats

Here's an excerpt from Wikipedia-

Food is usually of plant, animal or fungal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals.

So you don't have to mention 'minerals' and 'vitamins' separately
