Yes it is important to respect our elders because they are not only elders they are our guardian in the absence of our parents
If your grandma doesn't know study then i think you should teach her from the beginning like a child because you are more litrate than your grandma then you can easily teach her
And i am sure your grandma will very happy and u should try to teach her after all she is ur father's mom u can do anny thing for your mom then why not for ur father's mom
