if you wear wet clothes you have high chances to catch cold or high tempertaure
and
if you wear wet clothes chances of getting a electric shocks maxinize and can be fatal

Heyya it's not injurious!
But still it will make you feel chilly. And you may not get cold, but still there are possible chances for catching cold otherwise no other issues. And also we should be careful when we handle something like electricity.
