Is it mandatory to file income tax return for ppl whose income is less than 4 lakhs?

Income Tax Return should be filed by every person, whose income exceeds Rs.2,50,000 in case of Normal Individual, Rs.3,00,000(age> 60yrs) in case of Senior Citizen, Rs.5,00,000 incase of Very Senior Citizen(age > 80yrs). Hope it helps. Pls mark it as brainliest
