Nice question! We can see many wizard rankers here. And there are users also who have answered and fulfilled the expectations [ 250+ answers + 30 brainliest ] but may not have achieved the rank.

Actually, content quality matters. Its not compulsory that a user with the required number of answers can only get the rank! Any user who follows content quality and answers in a regular manner can gain the wizard ranks. But they mustn't leave this habit of theirs!

For getting wizards rank it is needed to complete the goal of 250+ Answers,30+ Brainliest Answers in a particular subject. But then, again, Content Quality matters a lot. Well, actually it is the most important thing for achieving wizard rank. 


It can be, that a user, who is very good in a particular subject may not be able to complete the target. So, we can give wizard ranks to those also, condition being the content quality should be good.


But then also, the users achievements should be somewhere near the target. If an user is excellent in English and has answered 235-240 question with superb quality, he/she can get the rank.
