positive:1. so that good people will get elected to run our country
2.so that people realize their responsibility for the nation .

negative: politician who are involved in bad things force people to give them vote which creates a fear in people which is not good for our country as well.
2. politician give money to people who are poor to give them vote
3.in spite of having money they give vote those politician and those politician did nothing for the sake of nation
