Yeah. It is necessary to delete softwares permanently from the computer systems because
* It helps in freeing up the space of the computer
* The more free memory available, faster the computer works.
* RAM also will be freed.
* The other good reason is if needed again we can download from internet. So, it is necessary to delete unnecessary s/w.

You can't probably says that which softw. is required to be in comp or not some internal updating runs through this softs. as my views on uninstalling those softwares isn't a bad thing..Not actually necessary to delete always.
