Take balanced food which contains more nutrients carbohydrates and protein and has less fat

Vitamin C gets destroyed by heat working. So when food is cooked at a high temperature excess heat destroys a major part of Vitamin C. We should therefore include some fresh fruits and vegetables in our food to get the required Vitamin C.
