Nope, they aren't same.
There is a difference.

Nucleoplasm - The content present inside the nucleus. Like, Nucleolus, chromatin material.The content is in WELL DEFINED NUCLEUS.

Nucleiod - The region of cytoplasm with nuclear material. No real nucleus is present, only and only nuclear material (DNA, RNA, etc) is present.

So there is a difference.
