is it okay if I change the order of questions while answering the CBSE board examination paper ?

Try to avoid it.. Never change the section and then attempt the question just by mentioning the section again.

And obviously if your memory is correct, you can write in any order, but you have to mention right question numbers. Thanks

Yes, u can change the order but you have to write a complete section together. If you don't then the examiner can get irritated and it depends upon him/her to give you marks according to marking scheme.
