Is it posiable that displacement is zero but not the distance .under what condition displacement will be equal to distance

It is possible to have a displacement zero but not the distance when the initial position and final position of the body is same then the net displacement is zero.

Distance and displacement will be same when the body travels in straight path and the initial and final position are different.

Yes, it is possible that displacement is zero while u have covered some distance....

For example..... There are two points A and B at a distance of x m...

Now if u start from A and go to B u covered a distance of x m... And the displacement (shortest distance) is also the same that is x m...

But if u return back to ur initial position that is A.... The distance would be 2x but displacement would be 0.....
