is it possible for a body to have zero velocity but non zero acceleration? explain.

yeah according to me it is possible...
A man traveling train have zero velocity because he is not moving...

but for the person outside the train you are under acceleration....

YES at highest point of projection its instantaneous velocity is 0 but acceleration is 9.8m/s^2
