I don't think so.
Because, in a bar magnet with two poles.....the magnetic field lines travel from North to South Pole. If there was only a pole then the magnetic field lineswould have nowhere to travel to.
Also, even if you break a bar magnet into half it would still have a North Pole and a South Pole....
