is it possible for the blood to clot under the skin? first tell true or false then give correct reason for this

when we get hurt the pressure gets inside our skin deeply and the blood clot inside our skin....if so then true

yes it is possible as, the skin is supplied with numerous tiny blood capillaries and in case any internal damage occurs these blood capillaries rupture and the blood is released as a result clots are formed under our skin
