yes it is possible.. u see sometimes bluish green patch on ur skin when u get injured internally. actually during that type of injury in which blood not comes out from ur skin and u feel pain inside due to breaking of artery or vein of that perticular injured place. so for repairing or break piece blood will clot under the skin..
