Yes it is it possible that an object with a constant acceleration is with zero speed .

if the value of V = 0

you can take various examples because it is based on projectile motion

No it is not possible that an object with a constant acceleration is with zero speed.

As per as definition of acceleration, The acceleration is a rate of change of velocity. And, if any object is at rest, then it doesn't mean that, the speed of object is zero. If the object is having a constant acceleration, then there is no change in the velocity of an object.

So, by the definition of acceleration, The acceleration is rate of change of velocity. In the given condition, There is no any change in the speed and velocity.

So, if there is no any acceleration, it means that, there is no change in its speed and velocity in the given condition. Hence, it is not possible that an object with a constant acceleration is with zero speed.

------------------------------------

Definition of acceleration: Change in the velocity of any object is called as Acceleration.

Formula of acceleration:

Acceleration = Final Velocity - Initial velocity / Time

a \:  =  \binom{v - u}{t}
