yes it is very much possible that the speed is constant and velocity is changing, one of the examples would be circular motion where the velocity is changing due to continuous change in direction and displacement but speed may remain constant.

Imagine You Go From A To B & Back To A.
Here Distance Will Be 2AB (Because Same Path Is Followed Twice).Whereas, Displacement Will Become Zero Because Same Path Is Followed For Returning To Initial Position.And If Displacement Becomes Zero Velocity Will Also Become Zero.
Eg.An Object In Circular Motion, Etc.
