is it possible that speed of a body is constant even though there is an acceleration?

yes it is possible
when an object is moving in circular motion, if it is moving in uniform speed then too it would experience acceleration as velocity changes when the direction is changed

yes it is possible like the circular motion is accelerated motion but body moving can have uniform speed(as it is a scaler quantity)
