Is it possible that the brakes of a car are so perfect that car stops instantaneously?? If not , why ??

No , it is not possible. In order to make the velocity zero in an infinitesimally small interval of time , the car needs an infinite deceleration which is not possible.

this is not possible because it's need to produce enough friction to stop a car by the brakes. this is not possible I'd it is possible then the acceleration of the car makes many flip after the applying of brake which may lead to an accident which may be fatal to life
